The 17th image for the 2023 Halloween Countdown
Day 17's prompt was "Apple" which I think of Snow White and the Evil Witch. I started in that direction but ended up with a detour into what became this image. I think it still has a Snow White vibe to it but might be darker or lighter depending on your point of view.
Once everything is set up, I am into the camera and finding my shot.
Then messing with the Iray preview to lock down the look I am going for. Again, here I am using the ghost lights for the lighting. I tend to use these quite a bit because I have found they work wonders.
This one came out wicked which I love. Adding the depth of field made the character pop.
The final magic comes from Photoshop and Lightroom.
